Ambassador Gudrun Lingner has arrived at her new posting as Permanent Representative of Germany to the OPCW in The Hague at the end of July 2026. She will present her letter of credentials to the new Director-General of the OPCW, Ambassador Sabrina Dallafior at the beginning of August 2026. Prior to this, from July 2024 until July 2026, she served as Deputy Ambassador at the German Embassy in Paris.
She served as Director of Export Controls at the Federal Foreign Office in Berlin from July 2022 until July 2024.

Gudrun Lingner is married and has two children.
