Following the invitation of Director General Fernando Arias, Ambassador Lingner and other Ambassadors got first hand impressions of the progress at the construction site of the OPCW’s future ChemTech Centre on December 14th, 2021. After the “First Pillar Ceremony” on September 23rd, 2021, considerable changes are visible. Hence, Ambassador Lingner is very optimistic as to the timely finalisation of the CCT by the end of 2022.
